PIT Solutions was founded in 2000. It is an established IT service provider. There are primary offices in India and Switzerland, as well new subsidiaries in the USA, Dubai, and the USA. We are experts in creating individual software and web apps based on customer requirements.
ActiveCollab is used by IT services company to communicate with our project managers in Switzerland and our Indian developers. Several of our clients have access to ActiveCollab to communicate with our developers. It’s not unusual for our clients to collaborate with our project management team from Switzerland and our team from India through ActiveCollab.

What does a day look like in your life?
We usually start by gathering requirements from customers. Next, we document the requirements and upload them to ActiveCollab. The project manager is assigned to the project. This manager reviews all files carefully. ActiveCollab is available to answer any questions. We then update the requirements document. Then we send the estimate to our customer.
After the customer accepts the estimate, we begin project planning and update it using ActiveCollab. The project team includes project managers, designers and developers as well as network administrators. We can invite the customer to participate if they wish.
Unihockeyshop, an e-commerce portal that sells hockey accessories, is a good example of what ActiveCollab does every day. This shop has been our showcase Magento project, due to its high traffic and customer base. It has also been a long-running project. It’s difficult to keep track of all change requests received by PITS, especially when communication is done via email. ActiveCollab can track these changes and update them, even if they’ve been ongoing for a while. We use a lot more than just the insert image into a page feature for projects of this size. This allows us to add an image to our instructions to help explain complex procedures. ActiveCollab’s design is much more user-friendly than Jira. It also allows for easy commenting and navigation. It is easy to use, even for customers with limited tech skills. ActiveCollab allows us to manage our projects in a central way and establish our own workflows that save us time and money. It’s simple to use and clients love ActiveCollab for its clear interface and helpful features.
